Wedding 101 Sessions:
Are you a DIY mastermind? If you don’t need the heavy duty lifting but still need some guidance, this is the option for you. We offer you a three hour session with all the information you will need to make sure you create the perfect wedding day. Pricing for these sessions is $350.

A Penelope & Lu Wedding means your day is specifically designed to fit you as a couple. Each wedding is curated by Julie and Cassie and carried out by our spectacular team. We build your wedding with you, for you, pulling inspiration from your vision and our knowledge to create detailed design concepts and maps providing a clear, concise blueprint of your ideal wedding, allowing you to visualize and prepare without worry. We assist with the procurement of the elements and items you'll need to create the vision. We serve as matchmakers, carefully choosing the perfect vendors and creatives suited for what you are envisioning. Through us, you have a cohesive, beautiful, unique template that ultimately leads you down the aisle of your dream wedding.

We take pride in our organizing process, keeping you both on track and taking the time to communicate with several vendors in every category to make sure we book the perfect caterer, photographer, venue, florist, rental company, baker, and many other vendors that are needed to complete the perfect atmosphere you desire. We handle it all, expert venue selection to ensure you get the perfect space for your specific wedding needs, appointment creation and monitoring of creative vendors that we believe will match your aesthetic, catering and bakery planning, stationary advice and guidance, schedule and timeline creation and implementation, blueprint ideas for venue setup, budget development and maintenance, and unlimited text, email and phone correspondence with your lead planner to ensure every need and want is met with prompt and effective diligence.

Penelope & Lu staffers are the first to arrive on the day of your wedding and the very last to leave. Julie and Cassie always make sure they are fully prepared for any situation that might arise in the installation and set-up of all elements. We make sure each vendor arrives on time and sets up according to their contract. We look at every detail and make sure it works seamlessly into the atmosphere we planned together. We make sure the ceremony runs smoothly and successfully. We assist the bride and groom in their needs, their wedding party, and their parents. We are there for you and your family and friends so they can enjoy the moments with you. We assist the guests, guide the vendors, and keep communication open with the venue management. We assist in packing up the wedding which is done with minimal effort thanks to our careful pack up pre-planning. We create the production, and nurture it until the last moment of your best day ever.
